Statement on EINJOY N and Privacy

Introduction

Welcome to the application of "EINJOY N" (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "EINJOY N") to provide you with exercise guidance and health services. EINJOY N attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy, and we will provide corresponding security protection measures for your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and mature security standards in the industry.

In order to provide better sports and health services, it is necessary to collect your network information (operator information), location information (precise location information, exercise tracks, etc.), Bluetooth information (turn Bluetooth on or off, connect to nearby devices), obtain body movement information, and the data you actively upload. This information can help to calculate exercise data more accurately, and sports health information is used to store and display it for users.

After you exit the "EINJOY N" app, the app will still access the mobile phone sensor to obtain the pedometric data, and connect to the network to complete data synchronization, message reception, device software update and log upload services.

In order to manage EINJOY N data, we complete the registration and login functions of the account based on the account service, please ensure that you read and agree to abide by the privacy statement of the corresponding account before using the account, so as to understand and agree to the collection, use and sharing of personal information of the corresponding account. Once logged in, we will need to use your account information (nickname and profile picture) and basic personal information (gender and date of birth). Use nicknames and avatars to display in the app, and gender and date of birth to give you better exercise suggestions.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

1.1 EINJOY N Device Management

In order to manage your EINJOY N device (including smart Bluetooth devices, ecological devices and third-party devices provided by EINJOY N), we need to collect your device identifier (Mac address, IMEI), device hardware information, device usage information, basic system information and network information. This information is collected for the purposes of establishing Bluetooth connectivity, managing device configurations, completing software upgrades, displaying data sources, and counting device activations, and is also used to improve the user experience. 

In order to support the linkage between smart Bluetooth devices and mobile phone information, you need to read the mobile phone's calendar schedule and basic system information to the Bluetooth device. We connect with the EINJOY N device via Bluetooth to obtain the device's sports health data, log information, location information, and device information, and you can terminate the collection of such data by disconnecting or unbinding.  

After connecting some EINJOY N devices, in order to provide more accurate data monitoring, the nickname, gender, birthday, height, and weight you entered in the "My" > "Personal Information" app in the "EINJOY N" app will be synchronized to the device.  

Some wearable devices that support the call function need to display the contact information and call history of the mobile phone, so that the wearable device can easily receive and make calls.  

When connecting an EINJOY N device, "EINJOY N" only provides a device upgrade path, and the device firmware version is provided by the device manufacturer, and the manufacturer is responsible for the version quality and upgrade results. Your device name, device identifier, and device usage information will also be uploaded to the EINJOY N server for activation statistics and wearable device problem analysis. For more details, please refer to the Statement on User Agreement and Privacy.  

Third-party apps that interact with paired smart wearables through "EINJOY N" can obtain data such as your device's random identifier (pairing can be reset and is unique to each app), device name, device hardware information and status (charging or in use), and third-party apps can also send messages or notifications to your paired wearable device; Upon your express authorization, these third-party apps may access the device's sensor data, sleep status, exercise type (walking, running), wear status data, log information, location information, and device information. 

If your wearable device supports the weather forecast function, we will send your location information to the weather service provider for the purpose of obtaining the weather information in your area and displaying it on the wearable device, and you can turn off the weather forecast function in the device management of this application at any time to terminate the function.  

If you use the location function, the positioning SDK we use requires you to turn on the device location permission and collect the location information of the device (latitude and longitude, precise location, rough location) [through IP address, GNSS information, WiFi status, WiFi parameters, WiFi list, SSID, BSSID, base station information, signal strength information, Bluetooth information, sensor information (vector, acceleration, pressure, direction, geomagnetic), device signal strength information acquisition, external storage directory] , device identification information (IMEI, IDFA, IDFV, Android ID, MEID, MAC address, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, hardware serial number), current application information (application name, application version number), device parameters, and system information (system attributes, device model, operating system, and carrier information).  

When you use our services, we may automatically collect details of your use of our services and save them as relevant web logs. For example: telecom operator, network environment, language used, date and time of access, length of stay, record refresh.  

1.2 EINJOY N Data Management

1.2.1 Management of Personal Information

In order to manage your personal data and improve the accuracy of sports data, we need to collect your personal information, including gender, date of birth, height, weight, and exercise setting data. You can go to "Me" > "Personal Information" to fill in or modify. If you do not provide such information, it will affect the accuracy of the calculation of sports data, but it will not affect your local use of personal information management functions.

1.2.2 Sports data management

In order to record, backup and manage your exercise data, we need to collect your location information, exercise track, exercise type, exercise duration, step count, distance, calories, climbing height, speed and other exercise data. Types of exercise include walking, running, climbing, etc. The purpose of collecting this information is to record and count your daily exercise data and trajectory to provide you with a wealth of exercise services.

The providers of the track recording function for outdoor single exercise in this service are: EINJOY N developers, Google Inc. Use of the service requires the collection and provision of your location information to the map service provider. Some maps also require you to provide your device identifier and network information, and the collection and processing of specific data is governed by the privacy policy of the third party, please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding map service provider.

If you do not provide this kind of information, you will not be able to provide sports data cloud storage, which will cause the loss of sports data when you uninstall the app or change your phone, but this will not affect your local use of the sports data recording function.

1.2.3 Health data management

In order to manage your health data and display your relevant data, we need to collect your sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. Health data is sensitive personal information, and the purpose of collecting such information is to measure, record, display and count health-related data, and to provide you with a wealth of health services.

If you do not provide this kind of information, you will not be able to provide you with health data stored on the cloud side, which will cause the loss of health data when you uninstall or change your phone, but this will not affect your local use of the health data management function of "EINJOY N".

1.3 User Feedback

Users can submit any problems through the "Feedback" function in the App if they encounter any problems during the use of the App. We need to get ANDROID_ID know who asked the question and respond to the answer.

1.4 User Experience Improvement Services

When there is a problem in the use of the app, you can give us feedback through the "Suggestions" interface, and you need to enter your problem description and contact information. In order to facilitate us to solve the problem as soon as possible, we also need to collect system usage information, device hardware information, device identifier and basic system information, read the information of the currently running application process, and upload logs and contact information only for communication and location problems, which will be automatically deleted after the data storage period is exceeded. If you do not provide such information, the developer may not be able to solve the problem you encounter, but this will not affect your use of other features of the Service.

2. Device permission call

Self-start permission: This application has a self-start function, in order to ensure that the application can normally receive the movement data of the Bluetooth device when it is closed or running in the background, there will be a certain frequency through the system to send a broadcast to wake up the application, which is necessary to realize the functions and services. This application must use the (self-starting capability, the purpose of which is to ensure the stability of the transmission of information from Bluetooth devices in order to respond to Android devices in a timely manner. When the system sends a broadcast, the app will be woken up for auto-start behavior. This is necessary for the implementation of Bluetooth functions and services.

Storage permission: When you use features such as sharing, vibrating step counting, or logging in to your account, you can choose to enable this permission to read or write app usage information, pictures, videos, and step count data. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, and this will not affect the use of other services.

Camera permission: When you connect your device by scanning the QR code and apply to join the shared space, we need to apply for and obtain the permission from you in order to complete the photo shooting. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, and this will not affect the use of other services.

Location permission: When you use functions such as a single motion to generate track pictures, Bluetooth pairing, and location-related search in a shared space, you can choose to turn on this permission to determine your current location information. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, and this will not affect the use of other services.

Bluetooth permissions: Bluetooth permissions are used to obtain device power, steps, heart rate permissions, etc.

Network permissions: Network permissions are used for watch face installation, shared space data acquisition, app problem feedback, application error log collection, application version update detection, authorization activation, account login, etc.

Access Device Information Status: The user device information is actually verified.

Contacts permissions: When you use your wearable device to sync contacts to your device, the caller's name will be displayed when a call comes from your device. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, and this will not affect the use of other services.

Physical activity: When you use your phone to exercise independently, you need to turn on this permission to record the number of exercise steps normally, and you cannot record the number of steps after turning it off.

3. Protection of minors

If you are a minor, your guardian needs to agree to your use of this application and agree to the terms of service of the relevant application. Parents and guardians should also take appropriate precautions to protect minors, including supervising their use of the App.

4. Manage your data

In order to make it easier for you to access, correct and delete your personal information while using the "EINJOY N" application, and to ensure that you have the right to withdraw the use of your personal information, we have provided you with corresponding information in the product design. For operation settings, you can refer to the following guidelines for operation.

4.1 Accessing personal information

After installing and logging in to "EINJOY N", your personal information saved on the cloud will be automatically downloaded and synchronized to the local phone. In the "EINJOY N" application, you can access your sports data and health data through data cards, including step cards, sleep cards, heart rate cards, blood oxygen cards, blood pressure cards, sports cards, etc. and device pages. You can view your avatar, personal information (nickname, gender, date of birth, height, weight), and sports setting data on the "My" page.

4.2 Update Personal Information

You can modify and update your avatar, personal information (nickname, gender, date of birth, height, weight) on the "My" page. The data automatically obtained from smart wearable devices does not provide editing and updating functions.

5. Data Storage Location and Period

The above information will be transmitted and saved to the Hong Kong server of the People's Republic of China.

We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this statement, and delete or anonymize your personal information after exceeding the retention period described below, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

For your data security, your data will be bound to smart wearable devices, and your EINJOY N data will be encrypted and transmitted and stored in the "EINJOY N" cloud server.

The questionnaire information obtained in the questionnaire survey service and the device information obtained in the upgrade service will be retained for six (6) months from the date of collection, or when you delete your account, your data will be securely deleted at the same time.

Personal information obtained for statistical analysis and product improvement in the user experience improvement service will be retained for six (6) months from the date of collection.

Log information obtained in the problem and suggestion service for analysis and positioning: logs are stored on the server (file log server) for seven (7) days, and the retention period for data other than logs is two (2) years.

The data of the activities you participate in will be retained for six (6) months from the end of the activity, of which the retention period for the relevant information data participating in the lucky draw is two (2) years.

6. How to Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or personal information protection or need to make a complaint, we have set up a dedicated personal information protection department (or personal information protection specialist), you can contact them through the "Questions and Suggestions" page, and we will respond as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with our response, especially when our personal information processing behavior damages your legitimate rights and interests, you can also resolve it through external channels such as filing a lawsuit with a people's court with jurisdiction, complaining to an industry self-regulatory association or relevant government management agency. You can also ask us for information about relevant complaint channels that may be applicable.

7. Account cancellation

7.1 If you need to cancel your account, the following conditions must be met at the same time:

(a) There is no abnormal login in the account within the past month;

(b) The account has not been involved in any complaints or reports;

(c) There are no unused rights in the account. If you still have unused rights, the cancellation application will be deemed as your active waiver of the corresponding rights;

(d) You completely waive the right to retain and retrieve such data;

(e) The account cancellation does not involve any complaints, disputes, lawsuits, investigations by the competent authorities, etc., and there is no realistic risk of the above-mentioned lawsuits or adjustments;

(f) The account does not have other obligations that should be fulfilled but have not been fulfilled in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations;

(g) The account-related data will be deleted 7 days after the account is cancelled, and the account cannot perform any operations during this period.

The account cancellation process is: log in to EINJOY N APP-My-Settings-Account and Security-Account Cancellation; before you cancel your account, we will verify your account information. You know and understand that account cancellation is an irreversible behavior;

7.2 Consequences of Account Cancellation

You know and agree that after the account completes the cancellation process, the following consequences will occur, including but not limited to:

(a). You will not be able to rely on the account to perform any permission operations;

(b). You will not be able to log in to the EINJOY N APP account with the account again;

(c). After cancellation, we will clear your data, and you will not be able to retrieve all the information, data, etc. that you have stored and used under the account;

(d). Other consequences that may damage your rights or cause losses to you;
